Cel' issledovaniya – sovershenstvovanie kompleksa lechebno-profilakticheskih meropriyatiy pri narushe-niyah mineral'nogo obmena sel'skohozyaystvennyh zhivotnyh. Opredelili vliyanie preparata Silimiks na produk-tivnost' krupnogo rogatogo skota razlichnyh tehnologicheskih grupp i molodnyaka sviney, rassmotreli vozmozhnost' korrekcii narusheniya mineral'nogo obmena sel'skohozyaystvennyh zhivotnyh pri ispol'zovanii preparata Silimiks na osnove prirodnyh iskopaemyh soedineniy. V rezul'tate provedennyh issledovaniy bylo ustanovleno, chto izuchaemyy preparat sposobstvuet povysheniyu rostovyh kachestv telyat i porosyat na 8,2 i 7,5% sootvetstvenno, uvelicheniyu molochnoy produktivnosti korov na 5,2%. Preparat okazyvaet antianemicheskoe deystvie, sposobstvuya uvelicheniyu znacheniy krasnoy krovi: kolichestvo eritrocitov povyshalos' na 5,7-14,5%, uroven' gemoglobina – na 8,1-31,6%, gematokritnaya velichina – na 7,8-20,6%. Proishodila stabilizaciya pokazateley, harakterizuyuschih fosforno-kal'cievyy obmen: uvelichivalas' koncentracii obschego kal'ciya na 13,6-50,0%; stabilizirovalsya uroven' fosfora pri iznachal'nyh yavleniyah giperfosfatemii i, kak sledstvie, normalizovalis' kal'ciy-fosfornye otnosheniya; snizhalas' zavyshennaya aktivnost' schelochnoy fosfatazy bolee chem v dva raza. Poluchennye rezul'taty pozvolyayut sdelat' zaklyuchenie o vozmozhnosti ispol'zovaniya preparata Silimiks dlya korrekcii narusheniya mineral'nogo obmena pri rahite telyat i porosyat, a takzhe pri alimentarnoy osteodistrofii korov.
