Abstract (English):
Cel' issledovaniya: ustanovlenie osobennostey funkcionirovaniya sistemy POL – AOZ u muzhchin, bol'nyh saharnym diabetom 1-go tipa. Ispol'zovany dannye 22 muzhchin s saharnym diabetom 1-go tipa (osnovnaya gruppa) i 30 chelovek iz gruppy kontrolya. Osnovnaya i kontrol'naya gruppy byli sformirovany po principu «kopiya – para». Ispol'zovany spektrofotometricheskie i flyuorometricheskie metody. V rezul'tate issledovaniya bylo ustanovleno, chto u muzhchin, bol'nyh saharnym diabetom 1-go tipa, proishodit aktivaciya processov lipoperoksidacii i napryazhenie v sisteme antioksidantnoy zaschity.
