Abstract (English):
Nowadays the Russian Federation has the task of restoring and strengthening the position of independent economic agents, increasing the scale of production and its efficiency. Innovation infrastructure, including such institutional tool as industrial parks, contributes to the successful solution of these problems. An industrial park is the business that improves the investment climate; it is a tool to diversify the economy and the way of localization of production.
Nowadays the Russian Federation has the task of restoring and strengthening the position of independent economic agents, increasing the scale of production and its efficiency. Innovation infrastructure, including such institutional tool as industrial parks, contributes to the successful solution of these problems. An industrial park is the business that improves the investment climate; it is a tool to diversify the economy and the way of localization of production.
