The article presents the analysis of ECG-indications of hypertrophies of compartments of heart. The study of the results of the diagnostics of the right and left ventricle of heart upon registration of Nehb lead that 44 people had in case of one-way hypertrophy and 32 people had in case of mixed hypertrophy is undertaken. The insufficient significancy of triaxial Nehb system in case of different forms of hypertrophy is determined. According to our data the lengthening of the deflections SD,A,I. is of great significance for ECG of Nehb system. But it is impossible to differentiate various forms of hypercardia according only to this indication
