STRUCTURE AND FACTORS OF CREATIVE POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGIC INSTITUTES’ STUDENTS

Abstract (English):
The article presents theoretical approaches to consider the problems of potential and creativity. The paper gives definition of creative potential of the students studying pedagogy in the context of each of these approaches. The author presents a model of creative potential, including values, motivational, and operational components and various indicators within these components. The factors to develop creative potential of the students taking courses in pedagogy and the relevant changes in its composition that occurred during the pilot study are also suggested by the author.

Реализация цели устойчивого социально-экономического развития страны в условиях общей для всех цивилизованных социумов нестабильности жизни требует эффективного использования всех человеческих ресурсов, включая ресурсы профессиональные, в структуре которых особую роль играет творческий потенциал. Необходимость решения данной задачи неоднократно подчеркивалась в государственных документах, касающихся сферы образования, в числе основных направлений которых названа необходимость совершенствования и развития творческого потенциала корпуса педагогических кадров, к которому, безусловно, принадлежат студенты, будущие педагоги.
