The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the current service of cargo transportation cannot cope with the increased volume, there is a need to simplify and improve logistics processes. The arguments substantiating the importance of the «Smart Logistics» platform for the modern logistics industry are presented. The advantage is highlighted, which makes it possible to adjust the functionality of the system to the requirements of a particular company using the system. Aspects and principles of using the platform for users are considered. Analogous platforms are compared and the main difference in each of them against the background of the functionality of "Smart Logistics" is explained. The future of the platform is considered with the inclusion of new functionality in it. Not only the Russian experience of using «Smart Logistics» is revealed, but also the international experience due to the functionality of foreign projects. companies to remain competitive and successfully develop in the difficult economic conditions of the modern world.
