Abstract (English):
The article presents an assessment of the development of the Orel region. The main directions and prospects of state support of investment activity in the Orel region are presented. Among the priority activities it is proposed to implement a system of special investment contracts and project management and to create the Center of Cluster Development based on Entrepreneurship Support Fund.
