SPECIFIC FEATURES OF FORMATION OF HETEROCONTACT ZNO-CUO FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC ELEMENTS OF THE NEW GENERATION ON FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATES

Abstract (English):
Arrays of ZnO nanorods were fabricated on flexible substrates by the hydrothermal meth-od. Layers of copper oxide were synthesized upon the received structures by the sol-gel technolo-gy. Technological features of obtaining of oxide materials were observed. Optical and electrical properties of the synthesized heterostructures were investigated.
