The article examines the features of the classification structure of high-tech business in China, as well as the strategies of innovative Chinese companies to enter foreign markets. The factors that have a significant impact on the development of innovative entrepreneurship and contribute to increasing investment attractiveness and strengthening positions on the global stage are identified. Based on the experience of the People’s Republic of China in developing international innovative business, recommendations have been developed to strengthen Russia’s technological sovereignty. Additionally, these recommendations can contribute to strengthening Russian-Chinese scientific and technological cooperation.
