Abstract (English):
In the article, the analysis of features and trends of microelectronics development and related issues that formed the basis of proposed approaches to the design and implementation of intelligent information systems and the structure of the information system. When architecting an information system, the author was guided by the methods of structural-functional modeling, modular and structured programming. The novelty of this work is to identify the problems and challenges facing enterprises of microelectronics and addressing these challenges through the development of intelligent information systems
