In recent years, the status of the Bank of Russia and its territorial institutions has undergone significant changes, the powers of the Bank of Russia have been centralized at the level of its central office of the Bank of Russia and competence centers performing interregional functions, and the range of powers performed at the level of territorial institutions of the Bank of Russia has decreased. This year, a new Regulation on the territorial Institutions of the Bank of Russia was adopted, which consolidated the changes that have taken place in the organizational structure and functions of the territorial institutions of the Bank of Russia.
