The article describes the main provisions to ensure the safety of vehicles by applying modern management systems, including innovative models of unmanned vehicle. Efficiency of functioning of a transport and road complex of the country is considered. Ways of improvement of quality are given in providing safe and effective transport services, satisfying requirements of the population.
