The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that, when addressing the national goal of "technological leadership," one of the central factors contributing to the acceleration of the country's economic development is increasing (through technological improvements) the depth of added value in production. Since the depth of added value is largely determined by the level of technical and technological development of production, it is of interest to consider the corresponding analysis and evaluation tools. One such tool, based on an analysis of the organization's internal environment and involving the study of resource processing efficiency in conjunction with an assessment of the level of management, is PR&M analysis. Since PR&M analysis has previously been used only for qualitative assessments of resource processing efficiency and the level of management, the purpose of this study was to develop tools for quantitatively assessing the quality of an organization's internal environment analysis, both from the perspective of resource processing efficiency and from the perspective of the organization's level of management development. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the development of the PR&M analysis method by complementing existing approaches that provide a qualitative assessment of the efficiency of resource processing and the level of organizational management with the development of quantitative assessment tools: the level of the organization's resource capabilities; the efficiency of the organization's resource processing; the level of the organization's management; and the operational efficiency of the organization's activities. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in their potential for use in making management decisions in complex systems using information obtained through the PR&M analysis model, aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization's resource processing and developing its management.
