In the article the urgency of formation of professional culture of a Manager in human resources management within the framework of its training in educational institutions of higher professional education. Presents a didactic model of formation of professional culture Manager the system of higher professional education, ensuring the formation of students ‘ significant for future professional activities personal qualities, knowledge, skills, abilities, ensure the implementation of functional responsibilities in the field of human resources management. In designed pedagogical model that shows the whole system works on the formation of professional culture of future managers in the process of their preparation in high school, in which are reflected the new content, forms, methods and modern teaching technologies in higher education considering the features of adult learning.
