THE NEUROPOTENTIAL OF FUNCTIONAL AND VOLITIONAL SELF-REGULATION IN THE FORMATION (REHABILITATION) OF EMPATHY MECHANISMS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
This article addresses the issue of self-regulation capabilities for achieving an optimal functional state of the body, which effectively develops and rehabilitates empathy mechanisms. The neuropotential of functional self-regulation is understood as the ability to stabilize the optimal level of the body's functional background to achieve a state in which the development/rehabilitation of empathy mechanisms and the production of empathic responses become possible. To achieve this goal, a neurocharming/empathy mechanism rehabilitation technique and neurodynamic restoration were used. The study was conducted using an analysis of the subjects' functional state indicators, namely: heart rate, pulse recovery time, pulse wave velocity, mean arterial pressure, cardiac index, respiratory rate and its recovery time, as well as the average value of the augmentation index, reflecting the magnitude of the reflected pulse wave. The study used an analysis of brain activity rhythms during a functional state under conditions of psychoemotional instability before and after the application of the neurocharming technique. Attention was paid to the range filtering of alpha, beta, and theta rhythms. The study identified mechanisms of nerv ous system activation that facilitate a person's "exit" from the cyclical state of anxiety or stress disorders through functional self-regulation and the achievement of an optimal functional state, which effectively develops/rehabilitates empathy mechanisms.
