Teachers of general education organizations do not have sufficient experience working with children with limited health opportunities, so most teachers are characterized by professional deficits. The article reveals the results of a study of professional deficits using the example of the Stavropol Regional Institute for Educational Development, Advanced Training and Retraining of Education workers. The authors consider different points of view regarding the concept of professional deficits.
