The article considers the issue of motor transport security on the Russian and identifies the main ways of solving the antiterrorist security problems of the transport object. In connection with the recent terrorist attacks, acute question of the application of transport security new methods. One of the modern methods of profiling is effectively applied as a preventive measures to prevent acts of unlawful interference in transport. The article analyzes the main trends of profiling and practical aspects of its application.
