The article discusses modern approaches to digitalization of input and operational quality control in construction. The possibility of replacing traditional monitoring tools with their digital counterparts, including laser scanners, VR and AR technologies, is described. Special attention is paid to the integration of digital control technologies with BIM models to identify defects and improve measurement accuracy. The procedure for creating digitized quality control cards based on existing traditional documents is proposed. The need to develop a unified digital quality control system that includes all stages of the construction process is emphasized.
