The article presents the literature data and the author’s own observations about the high information content, safety and acceptability of hysteroscopy for the diagnosis of endometrial pathology in women. High efficiency and research compliance allow to recommend it for widespread use in the conditions of antenatal clinics. To identify the relationship between the risk factors and the risk of endometrial hyperplastic processes, we calculated the risk indicators (by correlation method). It is shown that in patients with a variety of metabolic disorders, of age and length of the uterine cavity on the probe, the risk of endometrial hyperplastic processes is much higher than the average population.
