In the article analyzes the promising areas of application of nanotechnology in the agricultural machinery and technical service. Provides examples and effects the use of nanotechnology in this field. It is noted that the technologies based on the use of different materials in the form nanopowders (metals, metal salts, ceramics, minerals) and nanocomposites. They provide an increase in durability of machine parts on the average 3 times
