The essence of operation of labor on the basis of the combined application of the theory of labor cost and the marginal utility theory is revealed. Questions of interrelation of operation and safety of labor in modern domestic conditions are considered. It is attempted to show a role of wage earner and businessmen in these processes. New tendencies of division of their affected cost, ratios of those its parts are presented creating by a necessary and surplus labor, and also their infl uences on the safety of labor of both classes participating in it.
