Abstract (English):
The research reveals the peculiarities of synergistic model of enterprise management in market conditions. The possibilities of synergistic approach application towards the study of economic systems are shown in the article. On the basis of theoretical analysis of complex dynamic systems basic rules are identified which must be taken into consideration while examining the enterprise as a system in which the processes of self-organization exist. A generalized dynamic model of an enterprise in market environment is presented. It is carried out the analysis of the established condition of the enterprise as a system and the stability of its stationary state.

ВВЕДЕНИЕ

Для современного предприятия достижение желаемого вектора развития невозможно без определения его «экономических координат», а также выработки и реализации на их основе обоснованных управленческих решений. Использование логики и принципов синергетического подхода к исследованию деятельности предприятий во многом способствовало бы решению проблемы повышения их эффективности. Понятие «синергетика» было введено в научный оборот Г. Хакеном, профессором Штутгартского института теоретической физики и синергетики [24]. Г. Хакен разработал непосредственно синергетическую основу теории эволюции неравновесных нелинейных систем, которую позже В.-Б. Занг [8] заложил в основу методологии анализа нелинейных динамических процессов, происходящих в экономике. Использование междисциплинарного потенциала синергетики для исследования социально-экономических систем дает возможность усилить целостность их описания, дать новую интерпретацию полученных результатов, выявить новые аспекты изучения экономических процессов и явлений, главное — обеспечивать эффективное управление системой.
