The article analyzes the regional agrarian policy in the Altai Territory during the 1941-1945 war. The main focus is on restructuring the leadership of the region in relation to wartime conditions and ways to mobilize the village: sending commissioners to collective farms, mass political work and ways to implement it; creating task forces to conduct a campaign, sowing or harvesting; solving the problem of staffing; AltKraiSO orders, containing a detailed set of measures. Concern for the region was manifested in reports on the state of affairs in the region to the Central Committee of the CPSU (b), requests from the Altai party committee to the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) for assistance in fuel and spare parts, and cancellation of arrears.
