Environmental protection is a global issue that has been attracting increasing attention in recent years due to the growing recognition of the environmental problems facing our planet. As countries struggle with the consequences of environmental degradation, the legal framework governing environmental offenses plays a key role in addressing and mitigating these problems. This article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of legal liability for environmental offenses in the Russian Federation, a country with extensive and diverse natural resources, which also faces significant environmental problems.
