%0 Journal Article %T Алгоритм диагностики непальпируемых очаговых образований молочной железы с применением компьютерной программы моделирования %A Одинцова, С.В. %A Одинцов, В.А. %A Гусейнов , А.З. %K The article is devoted to the urgent problem of diagnosis of non-palpable focal seals breast cancer without clinical manifestations. In practice, the clinician is faced with a diagnosis of non-palpable focal seals after breast ultrasound and/or roentgeno-mammography. The diagnosis of "focal lesions of the breast" is authorized only at the initial stage of examination and must obtain a specific definition of pathology after a compre-hensive survey. Tactics of observation and treatment of non-palpable focal breast lumps is determined only after a detailed clinical and instrumental examination of patients. To clarify structure of focal formation requires a needle biopsy, which allows to verify the morphological structure of formation and to determine the nature of formation. According to the authors, the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of formation mammary gland at the using the sensor for the study of superficial structures of 5,0 MHz is 75-86%, and the emergence of sensors of 7,5–10 MHz allows to differentiate tumor size less than 1 cm. With the aim of strengthening the role of ultrasonic diagnosis, the authors offer for practical doctors the algorithm of ultrasound examination of patients with diseases of the mammary glands with the use of automatic computer simulation program of focal lesions. %J Вестник новых медицинских технологий.
