%K In this paper a question of innovations in education has been comprehensively considered, their classification has been given, a model of information support of innovations in education has been presented. Innovations’ information support model components have been offered and their interrelation has been considered. Russian education system modernization and introduction of means of information and communication technologies in training process raise a question of education quality in a new way. Already today many countries pay much attention to education’s quality and efficiency problems, combining their efforts in development of methodology, technology and tools of education quality’s comparative researches, creating thereby a system of monitoring of education quality in the world. Innovations in Russian education system have natural character, their contents, forms and
implementation ways depend both on global problems of humanity development, and on social and economic, legal, spiritual and political processes related to Russian society reforming.
