В статье раскрываются особенности информационно-аналитического обеспечения управленческих решений на промышленном предприятии в эпоху стратегической трансформации (индустрии 4.0 и цифровой экономики). Показано, что современная металлургия России находится в фазе коренной смены парадигмы бизнеса, требующей новых инструментов сбора, хранения и обработки данных. Особое внимание уделено роли интегрированных систем в повышении эффективности стратегических преобразований и достижении ключевых показателей (KPI) при цифровизации производственных процессов. Приведены примеры успешного применения новых методов (Severstal, НЛМК, ПАО «ММК») и рассмотрены основные проблемы внедрения (импортозамещение, интеграция данных, адаптация персонала) и перспективы (автоматизация, интеграция ИТС, ИИ). Рекомендовано начинать цифровую трансформацию с пилотных проектов, выработки стратегии работы с данными и постепенного внедрения интегрированной цифровой платформы.

The article explores the features of information and analytical support for managerial decision-making in industrial enterprises during the era of strategic transformation (Industry 4.0 and the digital economy). It is demonstrated that the modern Russian metallurgical industry is undergoing a fundamental shift in its business paradigm, necessitating the adoption of new tools for data collection, storage, and processing. Special attention is paid to the role of integrated systems in enhancing the effectiveness of strategic transformations and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) during the digitalization of production processes. The article presents examples of successful implementation of new methods (Severstal, NLMK, PJSC MMK), examines the main challenges of implementation (import substitution, data integration, staff adaptation), and outlines future prospects (automation, integration of information technology systems, artificial intelligence). It is recommended to initiate digital transformation through pilot projects, the development of a data strategy, and the gradual implementation of an integrated digital platform.
