The article is devoted to the role of the Director’s Advisor for education and interaction with children’s public associations in the design and implementation of the work program of education of an educational organization. It reveals the essence and content of this area of work. The possibilities of scientific and methodological support for the activities of an educational adviser and the development of his professional skills are outlined.
