В статье анализируются некоторые проблемные вопросы, возникающие при прохождении государственной службы в органах внутренних дел Российской Федерации и вносятся предложения, устраняющие пробелы в правовом регулировании.

The article analyzes some problematic issues that arise during the passage of public service in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and makes proposals to eliminate gaps in legal regulation.
