Рассмотрены основные изменения в регулировании брачно-семейных отношений, обусловленные принятием Кодекса законов о браке, семье и опеке 1926 г. Авторы анализируют исторический и социальный контекст разработки нового семейного кодекса, его ключевые положения и влияние на формирование брачно-семейных отношений в Советском Союзе. Особое внимание уделяется юридическому признанию «фактического» брака, принципам равенства полов, светскости брака и защите прав детей, которые стали основополагающими в кодексе и отражали революционные изменения в обществе, способствуя формированию новой социальной реальности

The article examines the main changes in the regulation of marital and family relations caused by the adoption of the Code of Laws on Marriage, Family and Guardianship of 1926. The authors analyze the historical and social context of the development of the new family code, its key provi-sions and influence on the formation of marital and family relations in the Soviet Union. Particu-lar attention is paid to the legal recognition of "de facto" marriage, the principles of gender equali-ty, the secularity of marriage and the protection of children's rights, which became fundamental in the code and reflected the revolutionary changes in society, contributing to the formation of a new social reality
