The provision of the defense-industrial sector with the domestic chemical materials and components is considered by the authors as one of the main tasks of the Russian defense capacity strengthening and the industry restricting. The range of the polymer application in the military production, called-for the modern tactic rules of engagement, is investigated in the article.
