Актуальность представленного исследования обусловлена происходящими в современный период смены технологических укладов геополитэкономическими изменениями, где в изменяющемся раскладе мировых сил происходит динамичный переход к многополярному миру, что, безусловно, сказывается как на изменениях позиции США в мире и, соответственно, на изменении роли доллара в мировой финансовой системы. Целью представленных исследований является анализ и оценка перспектив использования в мировой финансовой системе доллара США в изменяющихся геополитэкономических условиях в интересах выработки рекомендаций по адаптации к ожидаемым изменениям на рынке мировых резервных валют. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в обосновании на основе проведенного комплексного анализа постепенной утраты долларом США статуса мировой резервной валюты №1. При этом не исключен скачкообразный процесс изменения позиций доллара на рынке мировых резервных валют после очередного мирового экономического кризиса финансовой природы, который по авторским оценкам может произойти уже в 2024 г. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности использования их использования при адаптации национальной финансовой системы к ожидаемым изменениям на рынке мировых резервных валют.
The relevance of the presented research is due to the geopolitical and economic changes taking place in the modern period of changing technological structures, where in the changing balance of world forces there is a dynamic transition to a multipolar world, which, of course, affects both the changes in the position of the United States in the world, and, accordingly, the changing role of the dollar in the world. financial system. The purpose of the presented research is to analyze and assess the prospects for using the US dollar in the global financial system in changing geopolitical and economic conditions in order to develop recommendations for adaptation to expected changes in the world reserve currency market. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the substantiation, based on a comprehensive analysis, of the gradual loss of the status of the world reserve currency No. 1 by the US dollar. At the same time, it is possible that there will be an abrupt change in the position of the dollar in the market of world reserve currencies after the next global economic crisis of a financial nature, which, according to the author’s estimates, may occur as early as 2024. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of using them in adapting the national financial system to expected changes in the market of world reserve currencies.
