В статье освещается адаптация известного зарубежного метода управления «6 сигм» к российским условиям промышленного производства. В рамках адаптации, автором были соотнесены функции метода со структурой процесса отработки технологии нового продукта, которая на отечественных предприятиях в большей степени основывается на технических критериях качества освоения, а не организационно-экономических, как предполагается зарубежными авторами. Вместе с тем, применение основных принципов «6 сигм» позволит существенно повысить эффективность и ускорить освоение новой продукции.
The article highlights the adaptation of the famous foreign management approach "6 Sigma" to Russian conditions of industrial production. As part of the adaptation, the author of the functions of the method were correlated with the structure of the new product development of the technology that is at the domestic enterprises to a greater extent based on technical criteria of quality development rather than organizational and economic, is expected by foreign authors. However, the application of the basic principles of "6 Sigma" will significantly increase the effectiveness and speed up the development of new products.
