В статье систематизируются и рассматриваются причины, задачи и проблемы цифровой трансформации предприятий отдельных сфер экономики в части функционирования объединения управления организацией, которая предполагает определенные закономерности и зависимости частей целого, а также учитывая проактивный эффект управления системами цифровой трансформации. Представлены результаты анализа проблемных вопросов, с которыми встречаются организации при цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов. Для определения препятствий сделан анализ, где определены сложности, возникающие у предприятий при движении в сторону цифровой трансформации. Обозначенные проблемы распределены в соответствии с приоритетностью поставленных задач, в результате наибольшая значимость была отмечена в управленческой части. Для выхода из этой группы проблем предложены соответствующие решения, которые отличаются от классического менеджмента.
The article systematizes and examines the causes, tasks and problems of digital transformation of enterprises in certain sectors of the economy in terms of the functioning of the organization management association, which assumes certain patterns and dependencies of parts of the whole, as well as taking into account the proactive effect of managing digital transformation systems. The results of the analysis of problematic issues faced by organizations during the digital transformation of business processes are presented. To determine the obstacles, an analysis was made, where the difficulties encountered by enterprises when moving towards digital transformation were determined. The identified problems are distributed in accordance with the priority of the tasks, as a result of which the greatest importance was noted in the management part. To get out of this group of problems, appropriate solutions are proposed that have distinctive features from classical management.
