    <p>Представлены литературные данные, касающиеся методов послеоперационного обезболивания пациентов&#13;
с максимальной адекватностью блокад и минимальными побочными эффектами и осложнениями. Дана&#13;
характеристика методики с использованием катетеров для продлённой спинальной анестезии, а также&#13;
показаны различные системы инкапсулирования анестетиков, таких как липосомные, микросферные&#13;
системы микрокапсулирования, имплантируемые матрицы и лекарственные комплексы с циклодекстринами.&#13;
В ряде работ экспериментально доказана эффективность данных методик.</p>
