    <p>В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы менторского сопровождения управленческих кадров на примере некоторых зарубежных стран. Изучаются возможности влияния менторского сопровождения на повышение профессиональной компетентности руководителя организации. Представлены различные формы, методы, модели, виды, стратегии, применяемые в зарубежной практике менторского сопровождения.</p>

    <p>This article examines the issues of mentoring support for management personnel on the example of some foreign countries. The possibility of the influence of mentoring on the increase of the professional competence of the head of the organization is studied. Various forms, methods, models, types, strategies used in foreign practice of mentoring are presented.</p>
