В настоящей статье проанализирован текущий статус внедрения информационного моделирования зданий (Building Information Modelling — BIM) в отечественной строительной отрасли. На основе метода case study изучены 20 кейсов применения технологий BIM различными участниками строительных проектов на разных стадиях жизненного цикла проекта и актива. В результате исследования выявлены проблемы, с которыми столкнулись компании при внедрении BIM, а также полученные ими преимущества от использования технологии.

The paper presents the analysis of the current status of Building Information Modelling implementation in Russian construction industry. The case study approach was chosen to investigate 20 cases of BIM application by different participants of construction projects at different stages of the project and product life cycle. Particular benefits of BIM spread in industry are defined and pitfalls AEC companies may encounter in construction project management processes are revealed.
