Разработана системная модель управления, сформулировано понятие системы, дано определение информационной системе управления, информационным технологиям, предложен системный подход к управлению ресурсами и информационными потоками произведен анализ статистики об использовании специальных программных средств на предприятиях России.

The problem of system model for management of resources and information streams at the enterprise is considered in the article. The enterprise as a complete system is analyzed, the concept of system is formu-lated, exact definitions for the information management system and information technologies are given. The system approach for resource management and information streams is considered. The analysis of statistics concerning special software use at the enterprises of Russia is made. Based on the offered approach for management of information resources and streams at the enterprise using worthy appropriate information technologies, the conclusion is drawn that with application of the above factors, the leadership will lead the organization to success and remain competitive.
