    <p>В статье представлены результаты исследования ключевых факторов&#13;
успеха проектов по созданию сложной системы продуктов (CoPS-проекты) на основе анкетирования менеджеров проектов крупных зарубежных предприятий. В выборку вошли такие компании, как Micron&#13;
Optics (США), HB MFiber Sesning (Португалия), Sylex (Словакия), Oz&#13;
Optics (США) и др. Исследование позволило выявить особенности&#13;
определения успешности CoPS-проектов разными компаниями, ключевые факторы и критерии определения успешности таких проектов&#13;
в разрезе всех стадий их жизненного цикла. В итоге в статье предлагается механизм управления CoPS-проектами на основе мониторинга&#13;
факторов успеха на каждом этапе реализации проекта.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article contains results of research about key success factors in Complex&#13;
Product Systemsprojects (CoPS-projects). Results based on survey&#13;
of major foreign companies’ projects managers such as Micron Optics&#13;
(US), HBM FiberSesning (Portugal), Sylex (Slovakia), OzOptics (USA) and&#13;
others. The study revealed defining characteristics of successful CoPSprojects,&#13;
key factors and criteria for determining the success across all life&#13;
cycle stages. As a result, the article proposes a mechanism of CoPS-project&#13;
management based on monitoring the success factors at each project&#13;
stage.</p>

  <p>ВведениеОсобый тип инновационных проектов, связанных с внедрением сложных систем продуктов (далее — CoPS, Complex Product Systems) имеет очень важное значение для будущего любой современной высокотехнологичной корпорации, а также государственного и мирового развития в целом. Сложные системы продуктов — это дорогостоящие, наукоемкие системы, для функционирования основного продукта которых необходимы дополнительные подсистемы и конструкции, входящие в состав системы. Вопрос успеха проекта при этом является одной из наименее проработанных концепций и вместе с тем одним из наиважнейших аспектов в области управления такими типами проектов. Актуальность рассматриваемой темы обусловлена отсутствием системного представления о том, что понимать под успешностью инновационного CoPS-проекта, и какие механизмы управления применять для реализации таких проектов. Данный факт подтверждает статистика: довольно часто проекты по разработке нового продукта проваливаются, а достигают успеха в среднем в 60% случаев [15].Так же как изменения главных параметров в жизненном цикле проекта, его прогресс, результаты, изменения ресурсов и т.д., очень важно на всех этапах его реализации оценивать потенциально достигаемую успешность проекта. Практическая значимость измерения успеха состоит в том, что данная деятельность нацелена не столько на оценку уже реализованного проекта путем анализа его результатов и степени достижения целей, сколько на прогнозирование будущего успеха проекта на различных стадиях выполнения.</p>
