На примере различных видов политико-правовых инноваций в рамках международного правового пространства в статье рассматриваются социально-психологические процессы, напрямую взаимосвязанные и оказывающие влияние на уровень сопротивления таким проектам. Выделяются стадии внедрения политико-правовых инноваций и виды нормативно-правовых актов в области устойчивого развития. На основе теоретического анализа литературы и разбора кейсов предлагаются стратегии преодоления или снижения уровня сопротивления таким проектам.
