    <p>Актуальность представленного исследования определяется острой необходимостью обеспечения устойчивого развития общества не только в экологическом и социальном аспектах, но и в экономическом. Целью представленного исследования является изучение  с теоретико-методологических позиций возможностей использования в современных условиях постулатов науки управления Честера Барнарда, касающихся ограничений продолжительности жизненного цикла организации. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в рассмотрении поднятой Ч. Барнардом проблемы ограничения жизненного цикла организации, обусловленной рассогласованностью интересов ее членов, реализующих функции исполнительной власти, и интересов организации как системы,  с позиций возможности ее решения, в том числе, в плоскости воспитания соответствующего менталитета, когда член организации, реализующей в ней функции исполнительной власти,  переходит с позиций заработка для себя и своего потомства в ущерб развития организации как системы, на позицию обеспечения возможности развития организации в интересах как нынешнего, так и будущих поколений. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности их использования при обосновании положений устойчивого развития общества.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The relevance of this study is determined by the urgent need to ensure sustainable development  of society, not only in environmental and social aspects, but also in economic ones. The objective  of this study is to examine, from a theoretical and methodological perspective, the potential  for applying Chester Barnard's management science postulates regarding the limitations of an organization's life cycle in modern conditions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies  in the examination of the problem raised by C. Barnard of the limitations of an organization's life cycle, caused by the misalignment of the interests of its members exercising executive functions and the interests of the organization as a system, from the perspective of the possibility of its solution, including in the context of fostering an appropriate mentality when a member of an organization exercising executive functions shifts from a position of earning money for themselves and their descendants, to the detriment of the development of the organization as a system, to a position  of ensuring the possibility of the organization's development in the interests of both current and future generations. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in their potential use  in substantiating the principles of sustainable development of society.</p>
