The article shows that Nazism is an ideology based on the dominance of one nation over others, 
as well as on racism and anti-Semitism. It is shown that in order to ensure the unity of judicial practice, an explanation of the Plenum of the Supreme Court is required. We believe that the following terms should be disclosed in the resolution: Nazism, publicity, denial of facts. It is shown that the rehabilitation of Nazism can be considered as a crime that infringes on the interests of the Russian Federation, therefore, if the actions of a person or group of persons contain signs of desecration 
of the symbols of military glory of Russia, then the crime should be qualified under Part 3 or Part 4 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code, regardless of the place where the crime was committed 
(on the territory of the Russian Federation or abroad). It is shown that a note should be added 
to Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code.
