The article is devoted to the study of innovative approaches in the field of social policy. The relevance of the work is determined by the need to improve the quality of services for the population by integrating new technologies. The purpose of the work is to analyze innovations in the field of social policy, such as, for example, telemedicine. Also, the effectiveness of the introduction of these technologies in the social sphere is studied and the concept of social policy is considered. Separately, the work focuses on the experience of the Russian Federation and foreign countries. The conclusions made as a result of the work indicate the need for a systematic approach that should take into account the advantages and any negative aspects of digitalization in social policy.
