Abstract (English):
The textbook substantiates the relevance of the competence approach in personnel management, presents historical trends in the development of competence approach in personnel management. The socio-economic content of the concepts "competence" and "competence"is presented. Operationalization of the concept of "competence"is carried out. The classification of competencies is proposed. The essence and content of the competence model of the organization's personnel are determined. A methodical approach to the formation of the competence model is developed.
