Abstract (English):
The second volume of the proposed anthology contains an assessment of philosophical and legal views, and presented completely or in the form of fragments the works of outstanding Russian thinkers of the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, advocates of natural law in Russia. This publication introduces the reader with the characteristic features and peculiarities of Russian natural-legal thought, the intellectual achievements of its famous representatives: B.N. Chicherina, V.S. Solovyov, P.I. Novgorodtseva, V.M. Gessen, E.N. Trubetskoy. Their works have not lost their scientific and cognitive significance, are very consonant with our time and can be claimed by the domestic legal science. This publication is addressed to students, graduate students, university professors and all those who are interested in the history of domestic legal thought.
