Abstract (English):
In the first volume of a proposed anthology presents fragments of the works of prominent Russian thinkers of the XVIII — beginning of XIX century: philosophers of the enlightenment V. T. Zolotnitsky, Y. P. Kozelsky, A. N. Radishchev, "poet-philosopher" of Pushkin's time, V. S. Filimonov, professors-lawyers, A. P. Kunitsyn, L. A. Tsvetaeva, K. A. Nevolina, in which the most complete reflection and expression received by domestic natural and legal thought of the period specified. Their ideas and opinions, estimates and projections, and to this day retain their relevance and significance. The present edition is addressed to students, postgraduate students, academics and anyone interested in the history of Russian legal thought.
