The monograph draws attention to the police function of the state, in the context of which coercive measures and liability are applied. The essence of coercion in administrative law is also considered, the system of coercion and responsibility in administrative law is revealed, attention is paid to the problems of administrative and disciplinary responsibility. Some actual problems of the implementation of administrative responsibility, administrative penalties and disciplinary penalties are disclosed.
