Abstract (English):
The monograph contains the results of research concerning: - creation of political and administrative elite, management of educational organizations, religious aspects of formation civil society; - changes in working conditions, the obsolescence of some and the emergence of new professions, remote employment, emotional tension in the workplace. - problems of labor absenteeism management, the use of polygraph to ensure organizational security, legal aspects of debt management, overcoming ageism. - improving the efficiency of employees, effective organization of wages, talent management, experience of extending the working capacity of older workers through rational forms of motivation, training and retention in the organization, health management, formation of personnel reserve for the effective functioning of the business.
