Abstract (English):
The article summarizes the results of many years of research of the authors on various aspects of the development and improvement of the conceptual apparatus of pedagogy in terms of social and ideological transformations that periodically shook Russia throughout its history. The material is structured in accordance with the main periods in the development of the domestic sphere of education, which determined the substantive and functional evolution of the basic categories of pedagogical science and its conceptual apparatus as a whole. It is addressed to scientific and practical workers of education, a wide range of specialists involved in the problems of education, all interested in this problem
