The article presents the author's understanding of how stoicism remains relevant and can serve as a resource for the formation of a stable and harmonious inner world in the context of modern socio-cultural changes, to improve the mental state of an individual. The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of the philosophy of Stoicism in the context of modern socio-cultural realities and to propose new approaches to understanding and applying Stoic ideas in life.
